These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and access to the Life Before Love online course and related digital materials provided by TG Obrt, based in Zapresic, Croatia (“Life Before Love,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing or accessing Life Before Love, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. About Life Before Love

Life Before Love is a digital educational course designed to provide ideas, personal experiences, practical tools and general information related to building a fulfilling life, participating in solo activities, expanding your social world, meeting new people and approaching dating without putting your life on hold.

The course and its materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Life Before Love does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial or professional safety advice.

2. Purchase and Price

The price of the Life Before Love course is $49 USD, unless a different promotional or discounted price is clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment must be completed through the payment method available on our checkout page.

Any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees or other charges imposed by your payment provider may apply depending on your location and payment method.

3. Course Access

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the Life Before Love course and the digital materials included with your purchase.

For the purposes of these Terms, “lifetime access” means access for as long as Life Before Love continues to operate and make the course available.

Your access is personal and non-transferable.

You may not share your account, login credentials or course access with another person.

We may occasionally update, improve, reorganize, replace or remove individual course materials where reasonably necessary, including when information becomes outdated or third-party services, events or resources change.

4. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal

Life Before Love is a digital product delivered electronically.

If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, your applicable mandatory consumer rights will be respected.

Where permitted by applicable law, by expressly requesting immediate access to the Life Before Love digital course before the end of an applicable withdrawal period, and by acknowledging the loss of your right of withdrawal once performance or delivery of the digital content begins, you agree that access may begin immediately.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Life Before Love and the immediate access provided to course content, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once access to the course has begun, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Please review the information provided on the sales and checkout pages carefully before purchasing.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have in relation to digital content that is defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to applicable legal requirements.

6. No Guaranteed Results

Life Before Love does not guarantee any particular personal, social, romantic or other outcome.

Purchasing or completing the course does not guarantee that you will meet a romantic partner, make new friends, receive invitations, improve an existing relationship, find a particular community or experience any specific result.

Your results and experiences depend on many factors outside our control, including your individual circumstances, decisions, actions, location, available opportunities, other people and third-party organisations.

Any examples, stories or personal experiences shared within Life Before Love are provided for illustrative and educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that you will experience similar results.

7. Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions when applying information or ideas discussed within Life Before Love.

You are responsible for deciding whether any activity, event, venue, trip, social interaction, dating experience or other opportunity discussed in the course is appropriate for you.

You should always consider your own circumstances, abilities, comfort level, local conditions and personal safety before participating in any activity.

Participation in any activity discussed or mentioned within Life Before Love is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

8. Safety

Meeting new people and participating in activities, events, travel or dating may involve risks.

You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions appropriate to your circumstances.

This may include researching venues, activities and event organisers; meeting new people in public places; arranging your own safe transportation; protecting your personal information; and informing someone you trust about your plans when appropriate.

You never owe another person conversation, contact information, physical contact, a date or continued interaction.

If a person, activity, venue or situation makes you feel unsafe, you should prioritise your safety, leave where reasonably possible and seek appropriate assistance from venue staff, event organisers, local authorities or emergency services when necessary.

Information provided within Life Before Love regarding safety is general educational information and is not a substitute for professional or situation-specific safety advice.

9. Third-Party Events, Venues and Services

Life Before Love may mention, discuss or provide personal experiences involving third-party events, businesses, organisations, websites, applications, dating services, sports clubs, venues, courses or other services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Life Before Love and TG Obrt are not affiliated with, sponsored by or responsible for these third parties.

References to third parties are provided for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee or representation regarding their safety, quality, availability, suitability or results.

We do not control third-party organisations and are not responsible for their actions, policies, services, participants, pricing, availability, changes or conduct.

Personal experiences shared within the course or in Life Before Love Field Notes reflect individual experiences at a particular point in time. Your experience may differ.

You are responsible for conducting your own research and deciding whether to use, purchase from or participate in any third-party service, event, venue or activity.

10. Intellectual Property

All Life Before Love content is owned by or licensed to TG Obrt and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, without limitation, course videos, audio recordings, slides, written materials, worksheets, PDFs, frameworks, Field Notes, graphics, branding and other digital resources.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the course materials for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• copy, reproduce or republish course materials;

• distribute or share course materials with another person;

• sell, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit course materials;

• upload course materials to another website, platform or file-sharing service;

• record, reproduce or redistribute course videos or audio;

• use substantial portions of the course to create, teach or sell another course, programme, product or service; or

• provide another person with access to your Life Before Love account.

Purchasing Life Before Love does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

11. Account and Access Restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate course access where we reasonably determine that a user has materially violated these Terms, including by sharing account access, redistributing course materials or infringing our intellectual property rights.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may contact you before restricting access and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

12. Availability and Technical Issues

We aim to keep Life Before Love reasonably available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, internet outages, hosting providers, payment processors, course platforms or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you experience an access problem, please contact us at contact@lifebeforelove.com so that we can reasonably attempt to resolve it.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TG Obrt and Life Before Love will not be liable for losses, injuries, damages or other consequences resulting from decisions, activities, interactions, travel, events, relationships or third-party services undertaken based on information, ideas or personal experiences discussed within the course.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and participation in activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for the actions or conduct of individuals you meet through events, activities, dating services or other environments discussed within Life Before Love.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. Changes to the Course

Life Before Love is intended to remain useful over time.

We may therefore update, revise, reorganize, add or remove course materials where reasonably necessary to improve the course, correct information, reflect changes or maintain relevance.

Bonus materials and Field Notes may also be added, changed or removed over time and are not guaranteed to remain permanently available unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, course, technology, legal requirements or practices.

The updated Terms will be published on the Life Before Love website with a revised “Last updated” date.

Any changes will be subject to applicable law and will not limit mandatory consumer rights.

16. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply based on your country of residence.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or another jurisdiction providing mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or waived.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
